Bruce Smith:  (Hurst Olds Collector)

Today, ride along to meet a special guest of the show, Bruce Smith. 

Rare American muscle is a large part of Bruce’s automotive passion, as well as his garage.  Along with an award-winning 2017 Terlingua, Bruce owns some of the finest examples of Hurst Olds cars, including displays in the Motorsports Hall of Fame in Daytona.

And, speaking of that, Bruce is a long-time friend and fan of “The First Lady of Motorsports,” Linda Vaughn.

It’s time to hang out with a tremendous friend to the Cars of Carlisle Network.

Today, ride along to Las Vegas to meet Mike Kinney.  Not only is “Hammer Down” Mike beloved by a wide array of automotive and show business celebrities, he is an incredibly likeable and gregarious friend to the Cars of Carlisle Network.  As the proud owner of cool ‘kustom’ rides like his award-winning “Swoopy,” Mike is a devoted, caring car guy who gives to charitable causes of all types.

As an author, auctioneer, voiceover artist, television series host, emcee -- and even as a principal announcer for NHRA races at Vegas’ quarter mile -- Mike has blessed our industry with his many talents over the decades.

It’s time to hear from a car fan with a personality bigger than the Vegas Strip.

Today, meet Andrea Randolph from New York.  With her recent purchase of a C7 Corvette Z06 from the world-famous Kerbeck Corvette dealership, Andrea has been getting used to changing over from a three-pedal car to her latest Vette’s paddle-shifted eight-speed.

Not only has she been putting miles on her 2019 Z06 – touring, cruising, and showing it -- she’s already adding splitters and aerodynamic bits.  With a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 cranking out 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, there is no delay getting…anywhere!

It’s time to hear about how this gearhead has had fast Chevys in her life since an early age.

2020 Carlisle Events:  Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals

Today, hang out with the C/of/C team as we share highlights from this past weekend’s 2020 Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals.  You will learn about the late Andrew Lee who started the “Driven to Cure” foundation with his customized Nissan GT-R.  Andrew’s dad, Bruce, carries the torch forward for his brave son.  We invite you to meet Bruce in this episode.

Additionally, this year’s show brought international vehicles, domestics, motorcycles, kit cars, trucks, and exotics together onto the show field organized by eight countries:  Germany, Japan, Italy, Sweden, South Korea, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

In addition to many car clubs gathering together in a reunion-like setting, guests and participants of the Import & Performance show enjoyed good weather and competitions, ranging from drifting, car limbo, autocross, and rolling exhaust.

Road Trip:  California Pacific Coast Highway

Today, ride along in a rented Mustang Convertible with two members of the C/of/C team as they embark on an open-road vacation.  In fulfilling a bucket list journey through this road trip, the team members flew into LAX and spent a week on U.S. State Route 1, traveling North to San Francisco and then back again to Los Angeles. 

With over 1,400 miles logged and some incredible sights seen along the way, hear about navigating the Pacific Coast Highway from a drop-top Pony car.  Side trips and stops along the way included:  WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Monterey, Modesto, Malibu, San Jose, and Yosemite National Park.

It’s time to go out to the Left Coast and cruise along the Pacific seaside.

Today, come along on a road trip to Carlisle, Pennsylvania, USA to join us for the recap of the weekend on the Carlisle Fairgrounds, spent enjoying the 2020 Carlisle Ford Nationals.    

Once again, our friends at Carlisle Events – along with strong support from Ford Motor Company – hosted another amazing Ford Nationals show.    From cars to trucks, from Mercury to Lincoln to Merkur to Shelby and beyond, Carlisle had them all.
